got this for both my husband and myself. works excellent with great results. husband diabetic and this has helped with his circulation in feet and legs. Only one downfall with this chair I did not take notice of high or length of back and for me it does not quiet get my neck but I am extra tall so I have this problem with a lot of things. BUT THIS HAS BEEN OF GREAT BENEFIT.Be aware if you are in a highset the delivery does not include them bringing it upstairs. The gentleman who delivered mine was on his own
