Shipping is not flat rate and each item adds more to cost, even if small. Would have ordered more had it been different, also hard to write proper review as none of my items have been dispatched yet and that was nearly 2 weeks ago

They cancelled my purchase as they claimed the product SOLD out. This was not the case it was just listed as too low and they did not want to fill the order and loose out. They need to review the way they advise customer that and just be upfront and not LIE about why they are cancelling a sale. I work for a online retailer and yes mistakes happen but we never lie about why we are refunding a customer.

Chose your company because it gave the quickest delivery date - 1 to 3 business days. I did finally get the package on day 5, but I spent over 1/2 an hour checking to see what had happened. First tried tracking delivery several times and each time got a message that it takes up to 24 hours for them to respond (how ridiculous!!!!). Then called the delivery company who wasted 10 minutes of my time on hold and asking me so many questions, before telling me she could do nothing to help, and said "ring crazy sales" which I did. Your person was very understanding and helpful - also made a call to deliverer, as I'd done, but obviously got results and also did a follow up email to me. So, actually impressed with your end of the deal, but you might think twice about your delivery company.
