Item was listed as arriving in 4-12 business days. When I followed up with customer service 10days after purchasing the item as I received no shipping date or ETA. The agent on the phone was abrupt and dismissive. I asked what the hold up was as the site indicated the item would be shipped from within Australia. She told me all items came from overseas, it was still not in the country. That the site saying the item is guaranteed to be received within 4-12 working days is an estimate only, and is not inclusive of handling time at the warehouse, which can add another couple of days. So an item I was expecting to receive by the 19th at the latest, they are now saying may be with me by the 24th, at which time I will be out of the state. No apologies, no offers to check the status of the item or where it actually is, no solutions, just a dismissive tone saying that I m wrong in thinking 16 days minus 2 weekends is 12 working days, then being asked is that all When she s provided no specific information or solution. Including no option to cancel the sale and refund the money even though they can t meet the agreed terms outlined in the sales contract. No more crazy sales for me.

The actual shipping took several days which is very slow compared to other companies and the shipping company they use (Aramex) supposedly provides tracking but never seem to scan parcels in to their depots. This means the parcel gets picked up and is eventually delivered a couple of weeks later after they have had to search for the parcel(s).

I accidentally ordered double what I needed of a product (thought the first order hadn't gone through) I emailed the company immediately to inform them of my mistake, and ask them to cancel one of the orders, without reply! I made a further 2 attempts, still without so much of a response. Poor Customer Service I guess I'll now have to wait fir the orders to arrive and then return one of them.

On the website during my purchase the timeframe for delivery of my laser cutter was listed as 1-3 days. I ordered on a Friday. I called the following Monday to check that the item was being dispatched as I had not received any notification to say it had and couldn't see how it would arrive on time if it were not yet dispatched. I was advised the order was waiting to be collected by the courier and that there was no guaranteed timeframe for deliveries. Once the item was with the courier I received a notification but the tracking number was totally useless as the courier's website, being Aramex, advised it takes up to 48 hours for the system to update. By Wednesday I could see the parcel had arrived in Sydney. On Thursday evening, still nothing and then on Friday morning when I woke I checked and saw that it had left the Sydney location late on Thursday evening. It had not been recorded as arriving anywhere despite the next location being less than 2 hours from Sydney. I called Aramex to find out where the parcel was and was told it would not be delivered that day and that I was not allowed to contact the local depot directly. I advised that was not satisfactory and requested to be able to pick the parcel up from the local depot. They said they would email them and I should hear back in less than 48 hours. That magic number! The guys at the local depot were actually great when I arrived there in the early afternoon and located my parcels with ease. It is unfortunate they are at the end of a chain of poor systems and that there is no direct line to their depot because the Aramex customer service line is so bad I would never bother calling it again. As for Crazy Sales, perhaps you should not advise a timeframe like 1-3 days when it takes a full working day just to get the item packed and collected and you are using a delivery service with no guarantees. An option to elect express delivery at a fee would be useful. Thankfully the item arrived in excellent condition but unfortunately it came too late for me to be able to complete the project I purchased it for within the very limited timeframe I had remaining so I am a most disappointed customer. While I understand delays are a normal part of ordering online these days, I do expect things to arrive within the timeframe provided if one is provided. I would hope you do better next time.
